All content on the Vintradex website (texts, logos, images, source code, database, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trademarks and logos displayed by third-party Sellers remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on listings implies no affiliation with or endorsement by Vintradex.

The game names, card names, visuals and logos presented in the reference catalogue (notably Pokémon — © The Pokémon Company / Nintendo / Creatures / GAME FREAK; Magic: The Gathering — © Wizards of the Coast; Yu-Gi-Oh! — © Konami; Disney Lorcana — © Disney / Ravensburger; One Piece, Dragon Ball, Digimon, Gundam — © their respective publishers, including Bandai) are the exclusive property of their publishers and rights holders. They are used for the exclusive purpose of identifying the second-hand products offered for sale by users, in accordance with the referential-use principle and the exhaustion-of-rights rule applicable to the resale of authentic products placed on the EEA market with the rights holder's consent. Vintradex is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of these publishers. Any rights holder may request the removal of content at contact@vintradex.com (priority handling within 7 business days).

"Vintradex" is the trade name and distinctive sign of the Platform, operated by Djadane Mohammed EI (SIREN 101 027 220). Any use of the Vintradex name, logo or visual identity without prior written authorisation is prohibited, including for typosquatting, phishing or disparagement purposes, and engages its author's civil and criminal liability.

Reporting illegal content

In accordance with French law 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN) and the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065), any manifestly illegal content may be reported to: contact@vintradex.com.

The following must be indicated: (a) the date of the report; (b) the identity of the notifier; (c) a precise description of the disputed content and its location (URL); (d) the grounds for which it should be removed, including legal references; (e) a copy of any prior correspondence with the author of the content.

Any abusive or bad-faith reporting may engage the civil liability of its author (article 6-I-4 of the LCEN).
