Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Trademarks and logos displayed by third-party Sellers (Pokémon, Magic, Topps, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on listings implies no affiliation with or endorsement by Vintradex.

Reporting illegal content
In accordance with French law 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN) and the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065), any manifestly illegal content may be reported to: contact@vintradex.com.
The following must be indicated: (a) the date of the report; (b) the identity of the notifier; (c) a precise description of the disputed content and its location (URL); (d) the grounds for which it should be removed, including legal references; (e) a copy of any prior correspondence with the author of the content.
Any abusive or bad-faith reporting may engage the civil liability of its author (article 6-I-4 of the LCEN).
