Vintradex acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. For verified products (PRO or Verified), Vintradex or the verifying pro guarantees authenticity. For individual sales (INDIVIDUAL), the product is not verified by a third party; the buyer benefits from buyer protection to verify the product (7 days after receipt for shipping, instant validation for hand delivery). Vintradex's liability is limited to its role as arbitrator in case of dispute.
