How long before my piece is listed?+

Usually 48–72h after receipt at the Vault (depending on load).

What happens if my item doesn't match my description?+

We notify you immediately and ship it back (shipping at your cost). We don't list anything that doesn't match.

How do I retrieve my piece if it doesn't sell?+

Request retrieval from your dashboard anytime. Shipping at your cost.

What items do you accept?+

Cards, watches, art, vinyl, comics, figures, gaming, numismatics. Minimum value recommended per category.
